About Us

Sometimes we all need guidance on how to come back home to ourselves. Whether that means integrating and working through the hardships of the past or present, or expanding into new versions of our best and greatest self. Ultimately, each person is their own best guide and the one who actually “knows.” Services here are designed to help individuals rebuild the trust in themselves and access their own knowing, healing and authentic self. Through our therapy services, individuals have the opportunity to reach self-mastery, learn the language of themselves, and become more attuned, embodied, integrated and whole.

Services are evidence-based, trauma informed, client-centered and draw from principals based on the interconnection of beliefs, emotions, body, nervous system, brain, experiences and relationships. Elements of inner child work, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), experiential learning, somatic approaches (i.e., somatic experiencing, dance, movement, etc.), mindfulness, attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, nature and horses are often incorporated to offer innovative and enriching ways to connect more fully, heal the past and step boldly into newer and healthier versions of ourselves.

Services are appropriate for a wide range of clients, including, kids, adolescents, families and adults who have a diversity of backgrounds, ages, races, ethnicities and mental health conditions. Anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, self-esteem and family conflict are some of the primary issues treated, but services assist multiple mental health concerns.

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, families and groups are also offered here. Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) is the opportunity to partner with horses and an Equine Professional, allowing for transformative and healing experiences. We also offer Nature Therapy, where individuals can experience sessions in a peaceful and serene setting surrounded by nature.

Through nurturing a relationship with ourselves and fostering connections with others, healing truly unfolds. I encourage all of us—individuals, families, children—to become more embodied in our authentic expression. If you are seeking individual, couples, or family therapy for ages 4 and up, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can determine if we’re a good fit for this journey.

Before reaching out, it is important to know that our services are rooted in a fundamental requirement: a commitment to yourself and the therapeutic process. Without this commitment, real healing is limited. A person, family or couple must be willing to dedicate time for therapy to have an opportunity of being successful.
